The team behind Eldercare

The Eldercare Group was founded by Nicky Cave and Neil Stevens.

Nicky Cave - Managing Director
Nicky has been a financial adviser in financial Services for 16 years and has specialised in care fees funding for 7 years. In addition to her work in Eldercare, Nicky also chairs and contributes to a variety of industry groups concerned with care and funding for the elderly.

Neil Stevens - Managing Director
A Chartered Insurer, Neil has over 25 years experience in financial services. Previously holding senior directorships with a prominent UK life assurance company and one of the UK's largest firms of financial advisers, Neil is now committed to the development of Eldercare and is passionate about improving awareness of care for the elderly and the choices available to those paying for care.
